Eyemaxx starts construction of logistics center in Stari Banovci in October 2012?

Austria's Eyemaxx, which is engaged in the construction of office spaces, business parks and logistics centers, starts implementing its investment in Stara Pazova, it was announced on the official municipal website.

At the invitation of Mihael Miller, owner and president of Eyemaxx, Stara Pazova Mayor Djordje Radinovic recently visited Vienna, where he presented his municipality, talked about future investments and, most importantly, signed a Memorandum of Understanding signifying the start of construction of a logistics center and an outlet center similar to the Parndorf outlet center situated in the vicinity of Vienna, reads the release on the website.

- Milovan Bozinovic, Serbian ambassador to Austria, explained to me what kind of company that was and told me that the representatives of Eyemaxx, which bought 55 hectares of land in Stara Pazova, had had much trouble to collect work permits, which postponed the construction of facilities for as many as four years – the mayor of Stara Pazova stressed and added that Eyemax had been provided with the required paperwork over the previous 20 days, so that the construction of a logistics center was expected to commence as early as mid-October.
