Five-star holiday at Kopaonik - Mujenlux suites with wellness center and swimming pool to be ready for first guests by December 2013
Passionate skiers and all those who want to rest at Kopaonik mountain in both winter and summer will have new suites in the weekend settlement at their disposal as of December 2013. The guests of Mujenlux will enjoy a wellness center and an indoor swimming pool, as well as specialties of the national cuisine.
After investing in its first restaurant at the famous Serbian mountain, Mujen from Novi Pazar has started building another two complexes comprising luxury suites.
- My family and I are huge ski lovers, so that we often stay in our weekend cottage at Kopaonik. I've decided to also start a business at our mountain beauty. One suite complex is already finished and all accommodation units within it are sold. We are now building another two suite complexes in the weekend settlement - Enko Sukuruca, director of the company Mujen, says to eKapija.
A tourist facility featuring 40 suites, which will range in size between 19 and 120 square meters, is under construction in the very center of the weekend settlement.
- Suites will be built and furnished in line with the highest European standards. Guests will enjoy a five-star service and have a swimming pool, spa and wellness center at their disposal, as well as a restaurant with a beautiful view. The complex also includes a large parking lot - says Sukurica.
Our interlocutor points out that every suite will feature a ski locker, adding that all guests will be able to take a ski bus to the ski runs of their choice.
While under construction, suites cost EUR 1,600 per square meter. Once completed, they are expected to cost about EUR 2,000 per sqm.
- We have already sold some suites. There is also a possibility of paying for the suite in 36 installments, with a downpayment of 30 percent. Also, suite owners will be able to rent them out during the whole year, while we will provide guests. We expect a large number of foreigners, considering that we will soon establish a cooperation with the famous Turkish travel agency ETS, which has over 800 offices across the world, and we are also negotiating with two Russian travel agencies - Sukuruca explains.
He points out that even more foreigners will be coming to our famous mountain once the airport near Kraljevo is opened.
These suites at Kopaonik are designed by architects Suat Ljajic and Milivoje Milanovic from the architectural bureau Moj Projekat, whereas the contractor is Nis-based Pledil.
Another 30 suites under construction
The company Mujen has also invested in another tourist facility at Kopaonik.
- Another 30 suites and a restaurant are under construction in the weekend settlement and should be completed by December 2013. The price of these units in this phase amounts to EUR 1,250 per square meter. If they wish, owners will be able to rent out these suites too.
