(AG Real estate) Master Center II Novi Sad – the future has begun!

The Novi Sad Fair, in quality of oldest fair establishment in Serbia is positioned in the region as one of the leaders in the fair industry. The strategy and the vision of development have enabled the Novi Sad Fair with its modern running of business, efficient investment and owner's transitio to join, the best way, international tendencies.

On an area covering some 300,000 sqm, of which almost 56,000 sqm are covered exhibit space, Novi Sad Fair gathers annually 30 fairs, salons, exhibitions and selling market of goods of mass consumption. More than 5,000 exhibitors from Serbia and abroad are present. There are more than 1,300,000 visitors.

The international agricultural fair is the best known performance of Novi Sad Fair. It is the biggest in the country and one of the biggest agricultural fairs in Europe. This year's international agricultural fair has opened its doors simultaneously with just completed new Master Center. This is a modern, and in accordance to world standards a regulated space, which is contributing totally to the fulfillment of vision dated some 5 years ago, when was conceived the strategically development of Novi Sad Fair.

The big and important investment called Master Center, has been built up in two stages. The first stage has been completed in 2003. when Novi Sad Fair opened the Master hall with 6,500 sqm of modern exhibit space. Immediately after started the construction of second stage and the result is the completion of the Congress, Exhibition and Business Center Master, which will enable Novi Sad Fair to be opened all year long and to have besides traditional fair exhibitions, business gatherings, congresses, seminars…

This space will be the starting point of the congressional tourism which is getting more and more attractive and hence would be useful for the image of Novi Sad Fair and even for the country. The New Congress Center, which aim is to be active all 365 days of a year, with the introduction and the development of a Center for trading of goods in the Master Center, with the refurbishment of old exhibition structures and with the introduction of newly specialized exhibit manifestation in the calendar of events, will make a considerable higher contribution of Novi Sad Fair in the fair's industry of southeast Europe.

The environment and the technical capacities of Master Center, with a market of 100 exhibit days during the year, contacts with participants of local and world congresses, enables Novi Sad Fair to be distinguished in the Europe's business card as a place where could be achieved all business and commercial transactions and promotions.

The Congress Center

The Congress Center consists of six halls and a very large auditorium of total area of 2,700 sqm. Smaller halls can accommodate up to 100 people. With movable partition walls they can be transformed into bigger halls of maximal capacity of 900 persons that can participate in the congress work or similar activities. The auditorium is offering top conditions for the organization of congresses, promotions, specialized conferences where can attend 330 participants.

Thanks to modernly designed and built space, maximum capacity of Congress Center is a parallel organization of two gatherings for 900 and 330 persons respectively. For big congressional gatherings and conventions the Master Hall can also be included accommodating some 4,000 persons.

The Master Center is hosting the Association of European South East Fairs – EASE founded by Novi Sad Fair and in which actively participate 21 fairs from the region.

The comparative advantage of the center is also its connection to the Network of European Business Centers (WWBCE – World Wide Business Centers Europe), with main office in Zurich. The membership of Novi Sad Fair in the International Congress Association – ICCA and the Association of Central European Fairs – CEFA enables the connection with important business centers.
