Nis-based hotels on sale

Three hotels that used to be the symbols of Nis and Niska Banja - Ambasador, Nais and Ozren, should be put up for sale soon, whereas Park Hotel is going to be offered for rent.

It's been over a year since one could see tourists at the parking lot of Nais Hotel, while Ambasador closed its doors in April 2013. As Srbijaturist's owner Srba Ilic announced during his recent visit to Nis, there will be no new investments in these hotels.

According to ads posted at the website stnekretnine.rs, apart from aforementioned hotels, a 10.3 hectare land lot across the road from Nais Hotel is also offered for sale.

Although the prices of land and real estates are not specified in these ads, the estimates are that Ilic could earn about EUR 10 million from selling them.
