Palic gets aqua park - See how future spa and hotel complex at this lake will look like (PHOTO)
According to announcements, Palic is going to obtain a spa and hotel complex with aqua park being one of the key amenities and attractions of the Palic resort. The first step towards implementation is to finish preliminary designs, which is the reason why Park Palic and the Serbian Chamber of Engineers announced a complex design competition in November 2013. This competition attracted 45 entries, one of which came from abroad.
We now present you the winning solutions.
The first prize went to Borislav Petrovic and Boris Petrovic from Belgrade-based AGM bureau. Co-authors are Luka Ostojic and Bojana Markovic, who drew hotel designs, Nikola Stojkovic and Mina Kordic, who prepared designs for the aqua park, and Ivan Raskovic, the author of spa designs. Collaborators on preliminary designs were Predrag Zivkovic and Milica Sekulic, while Miodrag Markovic was hired as an advisor for thermal technical installations and Miljan Djuric and Ognjen Prlja as advisors for the water system of the aqua park and spa complex. The coordinator was Nada Jelic.
The second prize was presented to the PROaspekt bureau's team of authors: Vladimir Lojanica, Sonja Pesterac, Marija Corluka Mijovic, Marija Konstandinidis, Vlada Lukic, Tamara Dinic.
The third prize was won by the authors team Grupa 4 consisting of Petar Stelkic, Vladimir Cvejic, Branko Belacevic, Ivana Barandovski and student assistant Bogdan Devic.
Three more designs were purchased. One of them is the entry submitted by Jelena Miletic and the Arhitekti Miletic bureau.
One of the designs that was purchased is also the one submitted by the KANA arhitekti team made up of authors Ljilja Brajkovic and Spasoje Radomilovic, contributors Biljana Vilotic, Marina Ilic, Aleksandra Djordjevic, Nevena Balalic and Bojana Popovic, and advisors Jelena Zivkovic, Ninkovic Dragan.
The last design that was purchased came from a team consisting of Goran Martinovic and Northengeneering. Collaborators on this project in charge of architectural design were Tibor Karoly Dalnoky, Marta Ostrogonac, Laslo Kolozi and Jutka Jozsa, the structure was designed by Peter Sekeres, H.V.A.C. installations by Atila Alacker, hotel technology by Nebojsa Darabos, horticulture by Krisztina Wallner, and 3D design by Zsolt Erfalvy.
