Hotel for non-smokers opened - "Niški cvet", investment worth 3m EUR

Hotel "Niški cvet", which will be "sanctuary for non-smokers", has been represented in Niš.

The owner of the hotel, Tomislav Sekulović said that that "is the first and the only hotel in Niš intended for the supporters of healthy life and the opponents of tobacco cmoke", estimating that "such decision may be a handicap at the beginning, but it will grow into an advantage in the future".

Sekulović said that the hotel, settled on the quay along the Nišava, with the view of the Fortress and the river, had been built for three and half years and that that was the investment worth more than 3m EUR.

The exterior is in the style of the early modern art and part of the facade is covered with glass. The facility has about 70 beds, 23 rooms and three suites. Area around hotel has floor heating and the entrance for handicaped persons.

"Niški cvet" is the fifth private hotel in Niš in the last few years.
