"Delta Holding" to invest 200m EUR in trade facilities all around BiH in next few years

Last week, the richest Serb and the owner of "Delta Holding", Miroslav Mišković, came to the agreement with the owner of company "Avaz", Fahrudin Radončić, about business collaboration, which will result in investments in amount of 200m EUR in Federation of BiH within next three to four years.
Although "Avaz" is a media company, the contract with "Delta" is related only to investments into real estates and expansion of retail network of Serbian company. Construction of ten "Delta" supermarkets in Sarajevo, 600 to 3,000 square meters large, is in the pipeline. One “Cash&Carry" centre and "shopping mall" of 50,000 square meters will be built in the capital, as well as an outlet of 300 square meters in the city center.
In addition to Sarajevo, "Delta" and "Avaz" plan to invest in other major cities in Federation of BiH. It has been agreed that two supermarkets of 3,000 square meters each be built in Tuzla, Mostar and Zenica. When everything is summed up, the result of this cooperation should be the construction of total of 200,000 square meters.
It is announced that the arrival of “Delta” will bring the best goods and lowest prices to the consumers, as well as that "Mercator", "Podravka" and "Konzum" will get serious rival.
