Russians want Gamzigradska Banja – They are planning construction of three hotels, aqua park, indoor swimming pool and suites settlement

The number of interested buyers in Romuliana Gamzigradska Banja in restructuring is on the increase. One of the potential investors is an investment developmental company from Moscow, it was published at the official city site, zajecar.info.

The company presented its plan yesterday at the Kastrum hotel in Gamzigradska Banja, and the mayor of Zajecar, Vеlimir Ognjеnovic, attended the meeting as well.

As the local televison "Radio-televizija Bor" reports, Russian company, "Baby G" has been showing interest for two years in Gamzigrad. They are planning to build three hotels more, apart from the existing one, an aqua park, a suites settlement and an indoor swimming pool.

As it was announced, it is still not known how much money will be invested. It is estimated EUR 3,5 - 8 mil, depending on facilities which will be built.

The company is only one of potential buyers which is interested in Gamzigradska Banja, RTV "Bor" reports. Still, how serious they really are will be known after September 15. It is deadline to express intentions for company purcahse (listed for sale) provided by the Agency for Privatization.
