Lidl builds the main distribution center in Stara Pazova – Contract on purchase of construction land signed

German trading company, Lidl, has signed today with the Stara Pazova municipality the contract on construction land purchase where itwill build the main distribution center, the Vojvodina-based municipality announced.

As it was published at the municipal web site, Lidl bought 20 ha in the most attractive industrial zone of Stara Pazova, near the Belgrade-Subotica highway,hinting at near construction start of the main Lidl distribution center.

The future Lidl facility, after the construction of the communication at the Belgrade-Subotica highway, i.e. Nova Pazova-Stari Banovci highway, will have the option to connect to the Belgrade-Zagreb highway.

Lidl is an international discount supermarket chain headquartered in Germany, operating in 25 countries with more than 200.000 people in 10.000 branch offices.
