Construction of Novi Beograd-based Fortyone business complex starts

Tomorrow, the GTC Serbia company will officially open new business complex, Fortyone,and Thomas Kurzmann, the President of the Management Board at GTC and Sinisa Mali, the Mayor of the City of Belgrade will address the guests.

New, fourth in a row, Fortyone business complex will comprise three office buildings on 27.400 m2, with optimal floor area of 1.500 m2. Fortyone will present one of the most modern office buildings in Belgrade, built in line with green construction standards. The first stage is planned to end the end of the first half next year.
