Construction of Belgrade on water starts in spring 2015

("Belgrade on water") Construction of "Belgrade on water" will start in April, May the latest next year, and the first part of cleaning and preparartion will be covered by sheik Muhamed bin Zajed with his own funds, the Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said on Sunday.

During his appearance at TV Pink, Vucic said that so far, 70 facilities and 13, 9 km of rail have been removed and that it will take some USD 140 m for the field preparation and cleaning for the first stage construction.

As he said, he was telling to sheik Mohamed bin Zajed that “no one believes in the Belgrade on water project” where sheik said he will cover the works with his own funds.

The serious aspect of the works will be visible in 2015 and the tower will be built in 2017.
