Startup Center in Leskovac to Have Amphitheater and Offices for Entrepreneurs and Managers – Tender for Construction Published (PHOTO)

The City of Leskovac has published the tender for the construction of the Regional Innovation Startup Center in that city, and the value of the works has been estimated at RSD 68.3 million, without the VAT.

Construction is planned within the complex of the Department for Business Studies in Leskovac, on a parcel with a total area of 11,472 m2. The location features the built facility of the College of Commerce with an area of 1,642 m2, with three floors, including the ground floor, and the existing substation with an area of 24 m2, around which is a round traffic route and a parking area.

The planned facility has a gross area of 433.50 m2 with an open space area of 16.65 m2. The facility consists of: an amphitheater with an area of 66.41 m2 with side rooms, an open space for causal socializing, equipped with a tea kitchen, a yard exit, a co-working space and offices for entrepreneurs and managers.

Bids may be submitted by July 10, 2023.

Let us remind that, recently, the City of Leskovac and the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of Serbia signed the agreement on the construction of the Regional Innovation Startup Center, and it was said at the time that the value of the investment was RSD 81.9 million. According to the city’s website, RSD 4.9 million will be spent from the budget of the City of Leskovac for that purpose, whereas RSD 77 million will be provided by the competent ministry.
