Carol Santoni is Head of Gide Loyrette Nouel Belgrade office since September 2009.

Carol was previously working in Operations and Real Estate Financing Department in Paris for nine years.

Carol knows well the needs of foreign investors and brings to them a profound global knowledge and innovative approach to the transactions on a growing market. The competences of the Belgrade office (in particular Real Estate / PPP, M&A and Financing Departments) are enriched with her experience in managing and negotiating of international operations.

Recent professional experience

Carol Santoni has a strong and profound experience in real estate. She negotiated and managed complex operations on behalf of international investors, leading a team dedicated for the following operations:

- acquisitions / cessions of real estate assets,

- acquisitions / cessions of companies (owning real estate / M&A related operations / assets garanties),

- construction (joint ventures, shareholder agreements, construction contracts, financial garanties for construction),

- commercialisation,

- financing.
