- The development team of company "ComTrade" has implemented the complete project for introduction of "Oracle Siebel CRM" (Customer Relationship Management) for company "Promonte" (a member of "Telenor" group) in Montenegro - "ComTrade" announced.
That is the first implementation of the world's leading system "Oracle Siebel SRM" in the Adriatic region, and "Promonte" started using the system in its daily operations on September 29th, 2009.
"ComTrade" Business Solutions Center's development team finished the job in the record time of 158 days, which was also anticipated by the contract.- Successful implementation of "Siebel CRM" system in "Promonte" represents a significant achievement for our company because, thanks to excellent cooperation with the client, we managed to put one very complex system in operation in the agreed time and without additional expenses - said Darko Popović, the Executive Director of "ComTrade" company in Montenegro.
- CRM system enables quality control, synchronization and coordination of information on clients, which leads to creation of significant advantage over the competition. Implementation of CRM solution gives "Promonte" the opportunity to improve the existing and introduce new ways of interaction with end-users, as well as to offer equal level of quality of services through all sales channels - it is stated in the announcement.
