What will the Mackov kamen tourist complex contain? - Construction of 8 hotels, sports fields, ski resort, heliport planned on 7.93 hectares

The municipality of Krupanj has announced a tender for the development of a detailed Regulation Plan for the construction of the tourist complex Mackov kamen, which will cover the area of 7.93 hectares.

As stated in the technical documentation of the tender, the complex will be located about 2.5 kilometers away from the Memorial Ossuary - Mackov kamen, and the plan is to build tourist facilities that are oriented towards sports and recreation.

The future plan should define the construction of the necessary infrastructure and the construction of a football field, 4 basketball courts, a handball court, a tennis court, a sports hall, an indoor pool and a ski resort. When it comes to accommodation capacities, the construction of 8 hotels is planned, together with catering facilities and a heliport.

Within this project, a study will be prepared on engineering geological conditions, for the purpose of developing a detailed Regulation Plan.

The value of the work of preparing technical documentation is RSD 2.5 million, and the application deadline is September 20.
