The minister of finance of Serbia, Sinisa Mali, shared on the Intagram profile of the Ministry of Finance a video where he explains how to apply for the sum of EUR 100+100 and switch to e-fiscalization.

Mali said that, on the ePorezi portal of the Tax Administration, all the subjects of the new system of fiscalization could apply for the subsidies for the procurement of new fiscal devices.

– The state will cover all the costs of the procurement of those devices – EUR 100 for each location and an additional EUR 100 for each device, for all those who are not in the VAT system, an additional 20% to that amount, so that our economy will not have a dinar of additional costs when it comes to the procurement of fiscal devices – Mali pointed out.

In order to apply for the subsidies, the subjects need to first apply on the website of the Tax Administration regarding the number of the locations where those fiscal devices are to be used.

Mali said that the application lasted until January 31, 2022, but that the money would be paid each week to those who had applied in the meantime. The transition period for the new fiscalization model starts on November 1, 2021, and ends at the end of April 2022.

Demonstrating the application procedure, Mali explained that the FIPEFU form should be selected on the ePorezi portal and that the name, the company name and the TIN need to be entered into it and that the drop-down list had options for new or existing subjects.

New subjects need to enter another two pieces of information – the total number of locations for the devices and the account number at their bank, to which they want the subsidy to be paid.

For existing subjects, the information about the number of locations where the fiscal devices will be situated also needs to be entered and the data about the total number of fiscal devices also needs to be entered. The commercial account at the bank that the subject wants the subsidy to be paid should be entered, as should the additional IBFM information, that is, the identification number of the fiscal module for the existing users and fiscal cash-registers.

Following that, the applicant needs to click on “sign and submit”.

When the application is submitted, no changes can be made, and the subsidy is paid directly to the account.
