Oak Hill, One of the First Gated Communities – 34 Houses with Pools between Avala and Kosmaj Mountains

Oak Hill, one of the first “gated communities”, or walled communities, in Serbia, is situated between Avala and Kosmaj mountains, not far away from the two Kosmaj mountain villages Mala Ivanca and Popovic.

The residential complex is a settlement of a closed type on the plot of land of 6 ha which will have fences surrounding the entire settlement, a boom barrier, round-the-clock security guards and security cameras.

Each house will optionally have a pool, a fire place, a car canopy, watering system, a garden house and other features. The investor has provided the residents with a professional maintaining services for the complex, necessary for this type of settlement, which include gardening, snow plowing, pool maintenance and the option to furbish the homes with furniture.

The first phase within the Oak Hill complex was completed and it has 10 houses with the floor area of 108 m2. First residents have moved in back in August 2022.

The second phase has already started building. Unlike the first phase, this one will include bigger house s with the floor area of 140 m2 and with an additional floor compared to the houses from the previous phase. 14 houses with garden plot of 10 a and two parking spots are currently being built. The deadline for the second phase of construction is spring 2023.
