Nova Retail Park – Development of retail formats in multiple cities across the country
After the laying of the foundation stone for the retail park in Ub municipality, Nova Retail Park company has successfully started with construction of the second in row out of, at this moment, 4 planned projects.
Nova Retail Park Kula will be located on a traffic corridor connecting Kula and Vrbas cities, not far from the new planned fast road connecting Hungarian and Romanian borders, exactly 3,5km from the centre of Kula. The project will be of total size of 18,000 sqm, out of which 15,800 sqm will be of net leasable area. With total of 420 parking spaces, this retail format will complete the existing offer of surrounding cities with a large number of international and domestic fashion brands, children fashion, sport brands, health and beauty store, as well as services and supermarket for everyday needs of the visitors. Planned opening of this retail park is fall 2024.
Nova Retail Park company announced further activities regarding construction of retail formats in various additional cities in the country, including Ruma and Sid, for which the openings are planned by end of 2024. The lease and commercialization for all their developments has been exclusively trusted to CBS International, the leading real estate consultancy, part of Cushman & Wakefield Group.

Director of Nova Retail Park company, Marko Grujicic emphasised that this is just a beginning and that there are many novelties and projects in front of us.
