After the implementation of a single TAG device for road toll collection has enabled drivers from Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia to pass through toll stations on highways without waiting, Bosnia and Herzegovina will soon be able to do the same.

At the initiative of the competent ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, Edin Forto and Goran Vesic, the protocol on cooperation will be signed on Thursday in Belgrade. In other words, all those who have the TAG device of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be able to pass through toll stations in Serbia and vice versa. This will be especially significant in the tourism season, when there are longer delays at toll stations.

– In the next period, we expect the signing of the memorandum on the joint toll collection of public companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina with companies from Croatia, so that, by the end of the year, the toll collection systems would be practically connected as well by the end of the year, thereby facilitating the traffic of the passengers and goods between the countries of the region – said minister Forto.
