RC Europe to Build Retail Park on 5,000 m2 in Kikinda – Investment Worth EUR 7 Million

RC Europe is building a new retail park in Kikinda. The facility will spread on an area of over 5,000 square meters, have 100 parking spaces and 14 retail outlets. This is an investment worth EUR 7 million, the local self-government announced.

Although the deadline for the completion of the works is the beginning of November, the contractors hope that the job will be finished before the deadline, if the weather conditions allow for it.

– With the construction of the retail park on the corner of Mihajla Pupina and Jovana Jovanovica Zmaja streets, the look of that part of the city will change, and it will also be an opportunity to employ a large number of our fellow citizens. We will get another developed part of the city and additional features, and about a hundred of our fellow citizens will have an opportunity to get employed there. The investors and contractors have assured us that everything is going as planned and according to the set dynamics and that the retail park will be completed this autumn, to the satisfaction of all our fellow citizens, but also the guests of our city – said the mayor of Kikinda, Nikola Lukac.

– We are very satisfied with the dynamics of the works on the construction of the retail park, so we expect it to open even before the deadline – added Bojana Koljensic, the director at RC Europe.

Let us remind that, in mid-2023, the agreement on the sale of land for the construction of the first retail park in this city was signed.
