Architects Marija Mitrović and Vladimir Stojiljković from Paralela studio, who are responsible for the interior design of this hotel, reveal in an interview, what important role Tarkett played in creating the luxurious, comfortable and long-lasting space.

As the architects point out, Tarkett floors have proven to be the ideal solution due to their reputation for quality and durability. Bor Hotel by Karisma, with its 71 luxuriously furnished rooms, required materials that would not only visually enrich the space, but also withstand daily use and a high frequency of guests.

Marija Mitrović emphasizes:

- In the rooms, we have chosen parquet from the Step collection, because it provides warmth and comfort, which contributes to a pleasant stay for guests.

This collection not only provides a natural and elegant look, but is also extremely durable, making maintenance easy.

In the corridors, where the traffic of guests is constant, the architects decided on Desso Axminster textile floors, which, in addition to a luxurious appearance, also offer excellent acoustic properties, reducing noise and providing extra comfort to guests.

Inspiring design

The hotel`s interior design is inspired by natural elements, with a strong emphasis on wood, stone and neutral tones. This harmony of nature and modern elements comes to the fore in the Cigar bar, where parquet from the Tango collection has been used.

Its darker hues and rich texture add a touch of sophistication, creating an ideal space for relaxation.

When it comes to exclusive spaces, the Asian Fusion restaurant on the hotel`s roof is a special gem, where the combination of a beautiful view and carefully selected materials is key.
