MIHAJLOVIC: Four laws in construction by the end of the year

The minister of construction, traffic and infrastructure, Zorana Mihajlovic, has announced today that by the end of 2015 four laws in construction will be adopted.

After presentation of “White Book” of the Foreign Investors’ Council, she communicated to journalists that these are laws on residential relations, residency, legalization of facilities and law on surveying and registry which has stepped into assembly procedure already and which will enable that the ones who register their property into registry to do it in seven days.

She outlined that it was estimated in the White Book that the construction department in Serbia made certain steps but that plenty of that is to be done in the next years.

White Book for 2015 states that the Government adopted, to full extent or partially, 40% recommendations of the foreign investors’ organization with more than 130 members and prime minister Aleksandar Vucic and the minister of economy , Zeljko Sertic, spoke at the presentation.
