Hotel "Teho Inn" on Senjak in 2011 - 20m EUR for "Hilton" standards

Belgrade will get another four-star hotel prior to October 2011, and it will be situated in Senjak, the luxurious part of the City. Company "Teho Inn" intends to invest 20m EUR in this project.

- Hotel "Teho Inn" will have 148 two-bed rooms and four suites on four floors, and it will occupy the parcel at 3,228 square meters. The facility will also comprise wellness center with swimming pool and gym, business center, two conference hall, while several rooms will be equipped to satisfy the needs of people with disabilities - Ivana Tadić, the Head of the Project Bureau of company "Tehnicom Construction", which works on design of project documentation, told "eKapija".

The project is currently in the phase when building permits are being collected.

Former administrative building of GRO "Ratko Mitrović" is still situated in the lot where the hotel is supposed to be built, and that building is going to be kept, adapted and expanded (section A). The existing auxiliary facility will be removed, which will be followed by construction of a new part of the facility (section B).

- According to the plan, the administrative building of GRO "Ratko Mitrović" will be transformed into a hotel, and it will have cellar and four floors. The newly built section B will have four floors of underground garage, ground floor, 4 typical floors and a withdrawn floor. The main entrance to the hotel is in section "A", from Koste Glavinića Street, while the entrance and exit of the underground garage for guests are on the same side, only in section "B". Total surface of the facility is about 11,600 square meters - Tadić explained.

There will be 89 parking places in the underground garage and 12 on the ground level.

Several rooms will be equipped to fit the needs of people with disabilities. All public premises and rooms in section "A" can be accessed by wheelchairs.

The guests will have two elevators at their disposal, one in each section, while the personnel and room service staff will be using separate elevators. There will be a special elevator that will connect kitchen and storage room on the ground floor.

The works, just like the planning, will be organized within the system of "Tehnicom group".

- The hotel will be run by company "Teho Inn", and there is still no plan for the hotel to join on of the hotel chains. That decision will definitely be made in the final phase of realization of the project. In any case, the facility is designed according to the standards of "Hilton" and "Moevenpick" hotel chains, so that it can easily become part of one of these or some other chain. The next step for the company is construction of other hotels in the vicinity of Belgrade.

The hotel's target group are, primarily, businessmen from the country and abroad. The new facility will have about 50 employees.

"Tehnicom construction" was founded in 2001, and it deals with all activities related to finance and realization of investment facilities.

- Our portfolio includes residential, business, industrial, and sports facilities - says Tadić.

"Tehnicom construction" is a part of "Tehnicom" group, which also comprises "Tehnicom computers", "Sinteh", "Adut" and "Zvezda city oaza".
