Digital transformation enables companies to optimize processes, increase efficiency and much more. What it brings to users, Yettel showed within its app. Now almost all telecommunication services are available in one place, without calling the customer service center or going to the store. The application takes a central place in digital interaction with users, whether it is communication, shopping, services or even entertainment.

- The Yettel application provides a solution that enables users to do everything digitally, in just a few clicks. Users can completely rely on fast, secure and simple processes which enable them to do everything from wherever they want, without waiting. Currently, the app is used by more than 1.45 million monthly users, and to further improve the application and user experience, new functionalities are constantly being introduced - says Marija Stojanović, head of the digital platforms team at Yettel.

In addition to managing spending and services, bill payments and much more, Yettel has created a simple and completely digital prepaid registration process in the app itself. This means that a prepaid number can be registered in just a few steps, without the need for a physical visit to the branch. The process is simple, fast and available 24/7, so users can register whenever it suits them, without waiting and complications.

The Yettel application contains many other useful functionalities. Management of almost all services, from changing packages or plugins, to activating roaming and sending top-ups - all this in a few quick clicks, from any location. Through the application, Yettel encourages users to recycle old electronic devices, as well as to contribute to paper and plastic recycling via the digital service, Eco Bonus. Through these initiatives, on behalf of the beneficiaries, 870 tonnes of plastic and 416 tonnes of paper have been recycled so far.

Also, to make everyday life even simpler, through the application it is possible to pay for parking in all cities throughout Serbia, as well as buying tickets for public transport in Belgrade.

Another benefit of the app is the Yettel Shopping platform, which offers the best deals to users with several dozen different partners. This platform is based on advanced analytics, that helps them to save time and money, as it delivers the most attractive personalized offers.

For nature lovers, there are also the Yettel Green Paths, created in collaboration with the Mountain Rescue Service and they represent mapped and marked walking and cycling paths throughout Serbia. Currently, users can find 60 hiking and 18 cycling trails, which enables users to enjoy nature safely.
