City of Belgrade Publishes International Tender for Supervision Over Construction of Subway – Value EUR 60 Million

The City of Belgrade has published the international tender for the management of the project and the supervision over the project of the construction of the Belgrade Subway for the locations Makis Depot and the first line of the Belgrade Subway, said the deputy mayor of Belgrade, Goran Vesic.

He pointed out that the value of the tender was EUR 60 million with the VAT, Beoinfo reports.

– The deadline period for which the agreement is signed is 7+2 years, because the guarantee period after the commissioning of the first subway line in 2028 is calculated in as well, in case there’s a need to fix the errors – Vesic said.

He added that the contractor’s task was to manage the project and plan the execution of the plans, as well as to monitor, control, change and manage the project, to play the role of the FIDIC engineer according to the Yellow FIDIC from 2017, and to control according to the Law on Planning and Construction.
